Our Green Returns Philosophy
We aim to make returns as sustainable as the products we sell. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging to minimize waste. Please consider the environmental impact of shipping returns and only initiate when necessary.

Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Return items in their original packaging whenever possible to reduce waste.

Refund Information
We strive to process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your original payment method will be credited:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bamboo grow lights, elevated garden beds, or other products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
