We carefully prepare all orders with sustainable packaging materials within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

  • Flat rate of $12.95
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Please consider the environmental impact before initiating a return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • DIY Food Kits & DIY Drink Kits (opened or unopened)
  • Compost Pails (used)
  • Canning Supplies (used)
  • Flowering Bulb Gardens (after planting)

Earth-Friendly Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging whenever possible to minimize waste
  4. Ship Back: Send to:

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Original payment method will be credited within 3-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bamboo grow lights, elevated garden beds, or other products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
